This project, located in Kumta, Karnataka, encompasses a vacation home and a caretaker's quarters, situated on a  4,000 sft plot. The design revolves around the Golden Spiral, with the courtyard positioned at its core, serving as the focal point around which the surrounding spaces are organized. The building footprint is compact to align with the client’s vision of dedicating the majority of the plot to the cultivation of tulsi, which will be offered to the local temple.
